PIT Inspection

Deloitte Studios
Platform: Android mobile
At Deloitte Studios, I worked on a project for Kroger and designed the experience for an associate-facing application that allowed for inspection of personal industrial trucks (PIT).  I used the Kroger design systems to build the application's designs.  My efforts enabled store associates to perform disparate actions from a central hub and provided a contextual process for performing the inspections and accessing reports of prior inspections

Task Manager

Deloitte Studios
Platform: Android mobile
At Deloitte Studios, I designed the experience for Task Manager, an internal store operations application, that allowed store leadership to manage labor, deliveries, tasks and store operations using a mobile application. This purpose-built application was meant to enhance associate productivity. I used the Deloitte (DOT) design systems to build the application's mockups.  I developed an interactive prototype allowing its users to view dashboard providing to do tasks and metrics regarding internal store operations as well as manage labor shift schedules, truck deliveries and tasks. The ECHO Refunds tool was a customer support application, which enabled CSR agents to provide refunds to customers, review past reports and determine fraudulent customer activities.​

Request for Information/Periodic Review

Wells Fargo

At Wells Fargo, I designed the digital experience for streamlining business customers' verification of their corporate information needs.  I used the Wells Fargo design systems to build the application's designs.  This was shown to save considerable time, eliminate paperwork and manual signatures through the use of e-signatures.

At Bank of America, I worked on the Erica AI, an artificial intelligent application that was coupled with the consumer mobile app.  Erica provided machine learning capabilities by allowing user to speak directly with Erica for many mobile banking needs.

SEPTA Application

At Bank of America, I designed the flows and mockups of a SEPTA internal desktop application.  This application was a dashboard style application that provided mini dashboards by which users can view critical indicators such as unit testing, code coverage and functional testing.  It provided active modules view, trends and the ability to drill down to data grids of specific active modules.

Google Design Exercise - Pet Adoption

During the Google interview process; I passed the technical interview phase and was asked to complete a design exercise.  I decided to create a pet adoption experience in a mobile channel.  The challenge was to create a real-world product and provide the rationale behind each step of the design process. 

The steps included analyzing the gaps in the pet adoption market to researching people's expectations and challenges with competitor products to designing high-fidelity mockups using existing patterns.

Single Service Card Experience

The Single Service Card experience was borne out of the need to provide banking features that are in context to what kinds of tasks users perform on the online banking channel.  In essence, we strived to understand what primary tasks were important to users and what they would typically do thru online banking.

Mobile Wallet

I created designs for a standalone payment application by working with dev managers, business owners and other designers.  This was an Android application that utilized proximity payments technology to enable for faster and more secure transactions with merchants and online stores.
